Accounting: we use the website Buildium to maintain both tenant and owner information, providing you 24/7 access to copies of all documents, financial records and invoice copies. Tenants can submit repair work orders and communicate with us directly through Buildium. Disbursements to owners are made on the 20th of each month via ACH directly to your bank account
Market: RMA (Rental Market Analysis) conducted on an annual basis or at your request, so you have the most current information when making important decisions about your investment
Communication: regular communication regarding repairs, maintenance issues, tenant issues and inspections. You will be provided a comprehensive report upon each inspection completed
